Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
We value transparency. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. If we are unable to ship to your specific location, our system will notify you at checkout.

How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this number on our "Track Your Order" page to see exactly where your package is. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking system to update after you receive the email.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We work fast to get orders out! If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the packaging process has started, we cannot cancel or modify the order.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How do I start a return?
Simply email our support team at support@cushclo.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The funds will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
